Inclusive Fitness: A Philosophy for Everyone

"Inclusive Fitness" sits at the heart of my approach to health and wellness. Fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability, or experience. I believe that movement should be enjoyable, fulfilling, and empowering—because when fitness feels rewarding, success comes naturally.

With my ACSM Personal Training Certification, alongside specialized certifications in Older Population Fitness and Disability Fitness, I create personalized, adaptable workouts suited to every individual’s needs. My goal is to help you discover what works best for you in a supportive, no-pressure environment—without long-term commitments, just real results.

I strive to make every workout the most productive and energizing part of your day. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, or simply move more, I’ll work alongside you to maximize your time, help you feel confident, and make fitness fun.

I signed up with Matt this year as part of my plan to take on The Ring of Kerry cycle.
This was my fifth time cycling The Ring of Kerry and I can honestly say this was the best I’ve ever been prepared, making it my most successful and enjoyable cycle to date, all thanks to Matt.

The goals he set were realistic, he supports and motivates while pushing you to the max Cardio. Strength and flexibility was our main focus. It’s fun while being serious which for me is a must, his knowledge is immense , and this is the longest I’ve ever trained with anyone. I no longer find the gym intimidating and look forward to our early sessions twice weekly.
